Updated Safety Protocals

Session has discussed the risk factors and we have discovered that we have way more than herd immunity in terms of vaccines (or should we say flock immunity, we are after all sheep of God’s flock).

We are asking everyone to mask when we are INSIDE throughout worship, only the preacher will unmask when distanced to deliver the message to aid with hearing of the Word.

.In consultation with an interdenominational training approved by the PCUSA and one that we have been using throughout the pandemic (Practical Resources for Churches), we have decided that if you have a vaccine and wish to leave off your mask, OUTSIDE you may. If you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask when we are OUTSIDE. And of course if you are more comfortable wearing a mask in any circumstance we encourage you to do so.

Farmer’s Market

In 2011 we started a farmer’s market in the parking lot with 6 vendors.

Since then we have grown every year. We even successfully reopened during the quarantine during 2020. This will be our 11th year!

We are completely volunteer run, and use the fees from the market for advertising, upkeep of the space, and other market related expenses. This market is our ministry: we want to help local farmers & vendors and create a space for the community to gather. We are volunteer run, and appreciate any all donations.

Market opens May 24th and runs from 3-6pm every Tuesday til the end of September. We typically see 300-500 customers a week and are open rain or shine!

We do have a limited number of spots open if you do not repeat a product already available: applications
